What is included in the $99 air duct offer?
Up to 10 vents, one dryer vent cleaning, unlimited duct trunks, unlimited return vents and a furnace inspection. Additional vents are $20 each. Offer terms and availability apply.
Is dryer vent cleaning really free?
Yes. One dryer vent cleaning is included with the $99 air duct cleaning special, subject to availability and service conditions.
How long does air duct cleaning take?
A typical professional cleaning takes about 2–4 hours for an average-sized home, depending on home size, vent count, contamination and accessibility.
How often should air ducts be cleaned?
Roughly every 3–5 years for most homes, and more often for homes with pets, allergies or recent renovation work.
What does the $599 opener offer include?
A smart ½ HP-class belt-drive opener with battery backup, a one-button remote and wall control, professional installation and removal of your old opener. A keypad is not included.
Can I control the opener from my phone?
Yes. The opener connects to your home Wi-Fi so you can open, close and check the garage from a compatible smartphone app.

What does the $99 carpet cleaning special include?
Professional cleaning of three carpeted areas with an advanced pre-spray and hot water extraction to remove dirt, allergens and common stains. Additional areas and add-on treatments are quoted separately.
